The Neem is not just a property for us. It is home.
One of the last old homes still standing in the chaos and evolution of GK1 — while almost every house around us chose redevelopment, we chose memory, legacy, and history.
My grandfather built this home in the 1960s, and holding onto it has always felt like holding onto a piece of who we are.
Over time, as we opened our doors to guests and turned it into a home-away-from-home, we’ve learned that legacy also needs care. So every year, during the lean season, we pause, reflect, and upgrade — sometimes big, sometimes small — always with intention.
This year we took Neem off the B&B portals for two months to do some serious design and civil upgrades. And honestly… the transformation has been beautiful.
The biggest reward?
Our guests.
Especially the ones who keep coming back — noticing the details, feeling the warmth, and loving the new chapter of an old story.
