THE BELAIRE
This 3000 sq ft home at DLF Belaire was remodelled and renovated first and foremost on a deep foundation of trust.
The clients don’t live in India, but this home holds emotional value for them. They visit the city often and needed a space that felt warm, aesthetic, and most importantly — functional for the way they live when they are here.
We were taking a four-bedroom apartment and thoughtfully reimagining it into a two-bedroom home that would serve their needs far more meaningfully. For me personally, this was also my first major step into large-scale structural changes within a lived-in home.
What we created here was truly special. We layered in our classic design language while respectfully blending in the beautiful existing furniture that was already part of their story.
This was a complete overhaul — bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, electrical, civil, everything — to create a home that feels effortless, elevated, and deeply personal to them every time they walk in.
