Yes as long as you hire us for design and execution . Material selection and lighting design are integral to our work and are guided carefully to ensure cohesion and longevity.

As much or as little as you like. We adapt to your comfort level while keeping decisions efficient and timelines on track.

Design consultation starts at ₹300 per sq ft (minimum area 1000 sqft). For smaller areas you want designed we need videos and photos and basis those we let you know the design fee. Final fees depend on scope and deliverables, which are clearly defined upfront.

Design and execution are structured separately and the design fee is a one time non adjustable fee irrespective of execution. Execution costs are over and above the design fee.

We design within realistic budgets discussed at the outset. Good design is about planning—not unnecessary spending.

Our in-house team of workman do all the civil work . We have our own onsite supervisors and project managers who visit each site 2-3 times a week to ensure quality and timelines are being well handled and managed.

Any additions or changes are discussed transparently, with revised costs and timelines shared before proceeding.

Yes. We offer interior styling, art curation, soft furnishings, and personal home shopping to complete the space thoughtfully.
