(VrC) which was a manpower solution company which expanded itself into deep cleaning services and finally going into interior design and renovation firm.

Shagun Singh is a dynamic professional whose career trajectory reflects resilience and adaptability. Beginning at ITC Hotels, she excelled in client management and sales for nine years. Relocating to Delhi for personal reasons, she resigned but soon redirected her energy. Joining her father's manpower solutions firm, AM Services 24x7 Pvt Ltd, she secured partnerships with major companies in just three years.

Diversifying into guest house management, she thrived but closed the venture in 2010 due to high demand. Focusing on the parent firm, Shagun discovered a passion for cleaning, birthing Homework within the company. Offering deep cleaning and marble polishing, the brand rapidly serviced 1800 homes in 18 months through word of mouth.

Driven by an unfulfilled creative spirit, she delved into renovations in 2016, later formally positioning herself as a designer in 2020. Shagun's journey showcases her adaptability, from closing ventures to exploring cleaning services and evolving into a successful designer. Her success stems from relentless drive and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
