PALM DRIVE
This 1800 sq ft home was for a young couple stepping into their first home — a space they see themselves growing in for the foreseeable future.
They didn’t have an unlimited budget, but they wanted a home that felt beautiful, functional, and truly theirs. And honestly, this is something we understand deeply. We’ve done this for countless homes — designing with the philosophy of doing the non-negotiables first, instead of breaking everything down, and then layering upgrades over time to bring the home fully to life.
Here, the kitchen, mandir, den, powder bathroom, and balconies needed a complete rethink — so we focused our energy there. Then we added thoughtful, smaller touches in each bedroom to make every space feel warm, personal, and lived-in.
And today, seeing how much they love living in their home… that’s always the real win.
